"Pacific Green was always on time and the project was completed much faster than I thought it would be. They completely removed the plants, drip system, weed barrier and mulch. Then they sprayed weed killer and let it sit a couple days. Then came the new weed barrier, drip system, plants and mulch; all of upgraded quality compared to the previous installation. At our first meeting they determined the scope of the project including plant requirements and gave me a ballpark estimate. They brought me pictures of a range of plants that fit my needs. I chose the ones I wanted, we agreed on the price and work began. They had me inspect at each stage of the job. It was an emergency situation as it was the first of many rains when the leaks were discovered. Alan came out the next day and was able to correct the situation in a couple days, before the next rain. Haven't seen any leaks since.

Problem is I've tried to reach Alan recently for a several weeks, by phone, text and email to discuss new work but haven't had any response. Growing concerned.
