"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"Mr. Doberman did an excellent job. Included me in all the decisions. I was told information I did not know. No pressure. Very happy with the service. I could have gone for a cheaper price but went with Doberman. As for the wait for the door and spring, there was a minimum requirement, and I was told a better source to get them from, and I am going to be happy in the long run that they will not break so often. Gave me the information I needed to make my decision. The door is heavy, and they went with bigger and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Did what he said he was going to do. I did also have a temporary fix till the job was done. Five-star rating all the way!"

"Josh met with us to rebuild our balcony and pier with composite wood. He offered suggestions to help us make the right decisions for us. He was very quick with estimates and started the work on time even though the rains were making it difficult. His work far exceeded our expectations. When we asked to add on another project (replacing the back door) they went above and beyond foreseeing problems and fixing those issues. The work was just absolute perfection and they even moved my outdoor furniture back into place. The balcony and the pier are absolutely stunning! I still canâ t get over how amazing it looks and how open it feels. The door replacement came out flawless as well. If you want to hire a reputable company that does impeccable work, then this is the one because you will not find anyone better."

"The contractors were great except for the concrete guys that left 2 piles of cement in the yard, left the skirting on the trailer bent in and concrete splashed up on the skirting poles. CAS promised to return the next day to fix the list of items that needed to be corrected. Six weeks, 3 phone calls and 4 E-mails later, no one has shown up. The voice message box is full, E-mails go unanswered, and no one has called. They also owe me $200.00 that I overpaid them that I can't get them to return. That is a lot of money for elderly, disabled people on a fixed income. They had a shower door that was to be installed and the overpayment money could have gone toward that, so I didn't rewrite the check .. which I paid "IN FULL" ( I had been warned to never pay in full until the job is done, but I had faith in this company -- I guess I was wrong). I had other jobs that needed to be done, so I took care of that myself rather than hiring Coastal Aluminum Structures to do it for me. It all started out so good, then I began to see a progression of promising to be here at certain times and waited -- and no one would show up or call for days - or I had to call them again to get action. I have to admit, the carport, wheelchair ramp and deck, and bathroom remodel was all done with perfection, and we are thrilled with them."
