I called on a Sunday, got a call back on the same day and a technician was at my home the following day.
The service technician, Branden Pate was an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant young man who
actually took the time to explain what might have caused the problems with a garage door sensor and he
made the "fixes" in a very short time.
I would like to commend Branden specifically to the AmeriServ owner, Joel Cobb. "Mr. Cobb, Branden Pate
is an asset to your company. He was extremely professional and committed to making sure the machine,
sensors, keypad and openers were working properly."
It's easiest when making an initial sale but it takes something going wrong to find out if a company is actually
going to honor their warranty/guarantee. In this case with this customer, I can tell other potential customers
what my experience with AmeriServ was and it was "ALL GOOD".

"This was our second project built by Backyard Construction. We had been so pleased with a 10x12' garden shed they built for us in 2012 that we had them build our art studio as well. Once again, they did an outstanding job. We could not be more pleased with both buildings. Their part of the studio project involved constructing the shell of the structure; my husband and I, our electrician and our painter then finished the interior
We've used Backyard Construction because the quality of their buildings is excellent. After looking at dozens of other companies' offerings it was easy to see that Backyard used better materials and offered a higher level of workmanship yet was still very competitive pricewise. The studio is now one year old and the garden shed is two years old, and neither building has presented any problems whatsoever.
Construction began on time and was completed right on schedule. Their crew was courteous and extremely efficient. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to our ideas and did an excellent job following up to make sure we were happy with everything. Working with Backyard Construction was a very positive experience for us each time, and we're more than happy to recommend them to others.

"The remodel went over very well. He did exactly what I asked for. My bathroom is small but it’s pretty. I am interested in aging in place so he put in a grab bar when he retiled my shower. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. It was a message job, and took some time but it was worth it."
