"This contractor was so very professional but still being major friendly. We came to agreement the very first time we spoke and the tech, Sebastian came the very next day… they had given me a four hour time frame when Sebastian would be here. Sebastian actually came within the first half hour and even called me in advance letting me know that he was on the way.
