"We actually hired Custom Construction Services a couple of times. Both times we were extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. Derek explained everything to us. Gave us a price that was reasonable and accurate. He met the timeline he projected. And cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The first time we hired them, it was for work done in our garage. We needed additional insulation and some parts repaired. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped it would. "I had rotting wood around my sliding glass door sill. After coming right out and assessing it, I was given a written quote withing a day. Everything was explained to me by phone. After me deposit, the project was started in little over a week. The workers presented well, were polite, and kept to task. I was kept appraised of their progress with pictures and videos of what they how found( a leaky aur conditioner near the door). All the rotting wood was removed as well as the mold. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The same crew was back at it the next day. The work was exceptional. Again I was kept appraised of their progress. The project was finished and another clean up was done very well."
