He will come out to your home and talk to you about what you want generally. Then he give you a price. Next he will take measurements and photos. Then he goes to work on your design. He consults with you along the way, using a computer program where you are online at the same time he is, That allows you to see his drawings, talk about changes, modifications, etc. At that time, he can make many of those changes or at least notes about them, while you watch. When you are satisfied that he has drawn what you want your remodel to look like, he will deliver the final product. His ability to show you a 3-D image do what he has drawn is very helpful in deciding if you like how it is going to look. You will have several copies of blueprints to give to a contractor who wants to bid on the project. Definitely worth the money.
