"Tom from tier 1 showed up on time and was very professional! My railing on the right side was bent to all hell and the whole door was stuck open and crooked I thought it would?ve had to been replaced but tom assured me he could fix it. About 2 hours later he had me up and running and actually took the time to show me what he did. I will never use any one else but him. I would definitely recommend any one do the same!"
