"Garage door is great. Work on modifying the trim was hacked up, removed siding once installed it was not sealed. He was supposed to come back to put the drywall up and it was over a week and no call. Left sawdust in the garage, driveway, left hardware in the driveway and worst of all he left cigarette butts in my yard. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not want him back at my house."

"Mostly good. Painted exterior decorative trim when it was too cold so it didn't cure adequately. Also, the exterior trim was not primed prior to painting. Contractor said the trim was primed by the manufacturer....not true. A few months after the install, the trim started to bulge again at the bottom due to water penetration (this was supposed to be fixed) and paint started peeling off the trim. Since they weren't responsive to fix it the right way (sand, prime and repaint) In Nov of 2015 I spent $400 to have a painting contractor redo the priming and painting of the exterior trim....this contractor confirmed my suspicions that the trim was not primed at the manufacturer's plant and Adam contracting did not prime it. There were other minor issues with door fit, gaps that had to be sealed due to inadequate door alignment, etc. So he got the job done in a timely manner, but not as well as I would have liked. His price was competitive with others and less than some, so I guess you get what you pay for.

"Garret Thompson was polite, listened to my issues, and replaced my garage door opener and more. My opener was 30+ yrs old and not only did Garret replace the opener but noticed the 30+ year wiring and replaced it also so as not to have any fire hazards.
