"I had 2 pieces of fascia blown off in a wind storm.  I called several companies to get estimates, but every company I called either told me they were too busy, the job was too small or they just did not call me back.  I called Morning Star on Wednesday afternoon and received a call back within the hour.  I explained what I needed (I originally thought it was siding) and Melissa asked if I could send her a picture.  I sent a picture and within 5 minutes she called me back, told me exactly what it was, and told me how many feet I would need.  She also explained that they guys were very busy, but she thought they could fit me in sometime in the next week as the crew would be in the area.  Friday she came by my house to do a color match and the guys showed up on Saturday to replace the pieces (after she texted me and asked if that was OK).  They did an excellent job and were done in about an hour and a half, including clean up.  It looks fabulous and the color matches perfectly.  I can't say enough good things about her and this company.  She was very responsive and even game me pointers about caulking some pieces in the siding where there were gaps.  I will definitely use them in the future as we have some doors that need to be replaced.

He explained the differences between the three different steel garage door types, the insulation values and structural integrity of each. His price was very competitive compared to quotes from two of the big box stores with the same quality door. The garage door was installed within three hours without cutting any corners. He and his assistant were very professional and explained maintenance that I need to perform to increase the life of the door and springs. I would use Rob again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Jackson's Overhead Door."
