The cost was very reasonable. He never pressured us to buy a new window which would have cost much more. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and there was no trace that they had even been in the house. Thanks JD it was beautifully done.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"Everything went very well. All the windows look great, and I'll use them again. I was particularly impressed when, at the end of the job, one of the men noticed a smudge on the outside of one of the panes of our multi-paned picture window. He and another worker took off the heavy, awkward storm for a second time so he could take care of that smudge. That indicated the thoroughness of their work. The only disappointment involved taking care of some left over scraping remnants from the last paint job. Randy told me that would be $30 or $40 dollars, but he charged me more. That extra cost was never mentioned to me, and I do feel it was a bit excessive. However, the overall quality of the results outweighs this minor issue. It won't keep me from using them again."
