"I am a first time homeowner! My house was built in 1980's and had no work done since it was built. The house had drafty old wood windows with aluminum storm window and lots of rotted wood around them (and around the gutters). I knew something had to be done- I started my search for a company. I had a total of 4 estimates- I found most companies to have HIGH PRESSURE salesmen, I even got bullied into signing a contract with my first estimate which I canceled the next day. 
  I decided on  Supreme Window and Door for a few reasons, first and foremost the salesman was pressure free, they have great referrals, a lifetime warranty, a 3 pane window for cheaper than most 2 pane, and they are able to install on weekends.
  I was most impressed with the installer(I don't think they stopped for lunch). They were able to replace all the rotted wood + cover everything with vinyl, replace 8 window, install gutters, and a sliding glass door in about 2 days! They even put my blinds back when they were done. I will be contacting Supreme Window and Door when it's time to replace my front door!

"I would definitely contact William Mackay Roofing again! I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. I was very happy with how streamlined this went, and how pleasant it was to work with William Mackay Roofing."

As far as the actual team that installed my gutters, in all honesty, I would not want them to do further work on my gutters. Minor mistakes were made. They promptly came back to my home to correct them. However, the workers appeared a little insulted and hesitant to do a thorough inspection. I'm still not certain that they thoroughly inspected their work when they returned.
I still give an A++ to Robert Wood and the administrative team though. They were great from start to finish. To date, I've not give the new gutters a thorough and complete examination, because I've not be home when it was raining enough to know for certain. Yet, I trust Robert to send someone back promptly, if I discover any additional seam leakages.
