"I have had previous projects done by licensed and non-licensed contractors. I appreciate and am extremely satisfied with the work done by Marcos from Maintenance Relief LLC. He came to do the work in a timely manner and was very thorough with all maintenance work that was needed. He accomodated and worked with me in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate for future work to call and have him come back and do other projects around my house. Thank you, Marcos."

"Mike is fantastic! I went with him based on reviews - the reviews don’t lie! Mike is very professional, trustworthy, honest, efficient, and went above and beyond for us today. Fixed a leaking sink drain, no problem; put a new sliding closet door track and hanging hardware on the doors, no problem. But, when I detected another possible problem, he went above and beyond to inspect the issue and offered to help fix it! He also does painting, so yeah, we’re having him back!!! Look no further for your handyman and carpenter needs! Thanks Mike!"

FAQs for handyman service projects in Sandia Park, NM

To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.

Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.

Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
