"Our existing heat and ac system was replaced with a variable speed heat pump/ac/air handler. Double zoning control was added to the existing air distribution system, and an air purifier was added. The people we dealt with during the installation (Bill, Steve, Erik, assisted by Tyler) were all prompt, professional, considerate and knowledgeable in their specific areas of expertise, and left us confidant that we were dealing with a very reliable, reputable and established company that would be there for support if problems arose in the future. The installation was followed up a few days later by a partial cleaning of the 12-year old duct system (by Erik, assisted by Faustian) with the same level of thoroughness, neatness, and experience that we had during the installation."

"I called Jim because my C drive was full and the system would not allow moving the files to my empty D drive.My wife also wanted me to upgrade to windows 7 from Vista. Jim came over looked at my system and explained my options , took the computer to fix it , and then quickly returned it.Jim set up the computer in my office and made sure that everything worked correctly. I am very happy and satisfied with the work performed."

"The furnace is functioning properly! However it was discovered that the air conditioning fan did not come on and it caused an error in the thermostat and shut down the system. The repairman got the fan going but when he left the same system malfunction happened again! In talking with the repairman, he needs a day that is warm to be able to perform diagnostic tests. It does not look like we will have warm enough weather for at least 2 to 3 weeks!!"

"Called warranty repair, found out that it was done by a local provider (Flori Heating and Air). I called Flori to schedule an appointment, they were here on time and got things back up, running and cooling. Since it was 95 outside, I appreciated their sense of urgency and calm professionalism, not to mention the quick return of cold air coming out of my vents!"
