He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

"Farhan came out promptly, was very professional, and diagnosed the problem in little time, even though the range was old and a brand I'd never heard of (came with the house.) He was able to order the part and installed it 2 business days later, which fixed the uneven heating problem. He was not able to fix the other issue through no fault of his own-the manufacturer no longer makes the repair part due to the age of the unit. He explained everything he was doing and showed me information online as he went. He also took apart the door and helped me clean some baked-on stuff from the previous owner inside the enclosed glass.
