So within a day of the cabinet job being finished, he also finished reframing the garage opening. Needless to say, the garage door seals, and our home is much warmer. Both jobs at an amazing price....and top notch customer service and craftsmanship. He even cleaned up some of our mess when he was tidying up from his work. Very highly recommended. Thank you."

"We decided to add central air to our house. I called sure-temp as they installed our furnace 4 years ago. Based on my furnace experience, I expected a quote from a polite, professional person and that is exactly what I got. Interestingly enough, I mentioned to the estimator that I felt that Sure Temp was very reasonable with their products and pricing. He said quite bluntly that they were not necessarily the cheapest but that they worked hard to support everything that they sell. To be safe, I had 2 other companies do an assessment. While a month and a half later I have yet to hear from one company, the second was $200.00 more for a similarly featured competitive model. Add the 36 month interest free financing and I am happy. To be honest, the estimators from all 3 companies were professional in their work.
Ok. Back to sure temp. The quote came to me within 2 days. After doing my due diligence, I contacted Sure Temp to confirm, got approved and within a week the install was completed. Talk about fast! The installers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well.
From the initial call through completion, everyone I came into contact with at this firm was never anything but polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them highly.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

The install was completed over three days, and took a little longer than he predicted. There were a few moments of tension when he changed his mind about how to complete parts of the project (ie. before hiring, he said he could run the duct work along the roof but he decided it had to be run down the front of the house); however, Tim and Jeff were ultimately able to deliver what they promised for the price they quoted and we were happy with the end result."

"Scott is FANTASTIC and our NEW go-to plumber!! He's VERY prompt. When he says 8:30 am he MEANS 8:30 am. When I called for an estimate, he was upfront about not being able to do the job that day but would stop in to give me the estimate. I was afraid he would charge a "service call fee" like another plumber we had call and he told me that was ridiculous and sure enough he stopped in the following day and gave me a FREE estimate. We scheduled to have the job done, as there was a few things needed to be done, and he did them with NO PROBLEMS other than to have to run out to get parts for an old faucet but that wasn't his fault as that was a "hidden problem". For the NEXT plumbing job, Scott will be THE VERY FIRST PERSON we call!!!"
