"We called for service early in the morning. I specifically requested for Ryan who had been out to the house before. They said sure and that someone would call ahead. Late in the afternoon someone other than Ryan simply showed up. No prior call. He said it was the burners that were corroded. Since I had already replaced the ignitor as well as the flame sensor, I asked him to check out the gas valve. He did so and confirmed that it was the valve that malfunctioned. Next morning I had to call in again and talked to the owner to get someone out to the house. We had spent the night with zero heat. To his credit, someone called soon after and came out and replaced the valve in about half hour. Eddie the service man was quite professional and confident. Now the real problem: the invoice had one material item (Gas Valve) priced at $352.18. This Honeywell VR8245M2530 is available on Amazon for $94.94. I understand fully that the service business has to mark up for their work, but this is really excessive. I would not have issues with 100% markup but over 250% is extreme. Note there was a separate service charge of $95. Of course, I will pay the invoice, but next time I will go elsewhere."

"The company is fantastic! I had both full systems installed (condenser and furnace) after one of our units broke down. Jeremy came out to give me a quote and was extremely kind and professional. He made observations about changing some configurations in order to help with airflow and cleaner air. They worked us in early since they knew we were down a system in the heat. Two gentlemen worked diligently to get both systems done ahead of schedule! After the system was installed I had some things I wanted changed with airflow and someone came out the next day to address my concerns. Bethany in the office is extremely helpful and responsive as well! Great team and will use them now for our yearly maintenance too!"

He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "The sales experience was a bit different.  The owner takes a little getting used to but really knows his stuff in terms of basements.  He took a number of measurements and offered me two alternate solutions for my basement - a cheaper sump pump based system and a higher cost gravity system that would avoid the need for pump maintenance.  I opted for the gravity based system.  He also reviewed a competitor's design and explained very accurately why it wouldn't work (the other salesman was very nice but made a complete mess of his submission by placing the sump at the highest point on the floor and didn't give me a gravity system option!)



The crew that AAA sent were absolutely fantastic - incredibly polite, helpful and professional; they even dismantled a bathroom for me that I was going to redecorate.  The job took 7-8 days which reflects the quality of the work they put in.  I wasn't happy with the finish on one wall and they immediately rectified it - no questions asked.  If I owned a contracting firm, these are definitely the guys I would want to be employing. 



While the job wasn't the cheapest quote I received I definitely feel I got a high quality job done by a company that really cares about customer service.
