"I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. "Called for broken gas furnace. Came out and efficiently fixed the problem the same day. Would use again for repairs. They offered to deduct the price of the repair of a new system if we decided to change out the system since it is 18 years old. While the sales person was very nice and professional, he was a little pushy trying to sell us a system. Has called back numerous times. We ended up using somebody else who was offering a more efficient Lennox system (the brand Pipeworks was selling) for a few grand less."
