The service technician was very nice to my mother and took the time to explain the services he performed to her, and later to me. The explanation of what was done was clear and the cost seemed fair.  This is the second time we have used Family Heating & Cooling.  I would have no problem recommending them.

"Dan from TMI arrived early to perform the furnace inspection we purchased as a special on Angie's List.  He did such a thorough job and even assisted us with an Ultra V lightbulb problem that had us stumped and was not fun for him, either.  Dan is a man of few words, but as a result of our experience, we want only him to perform on furnace work in the future.  I will look to TMI for other services, also.

"We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed.

"The furnace is functioning properly! However it was discovered that the air conditioning fan did not come on and it caused an error in the thermostat and shut down the system. The repairman got the fan going but when he left the same system malfunction happened again! In talking with the repairman, he needs a day that is warm to be able to perform diagnostic tests. It does not look like we will have warm enough weather for at least 2 to 3 weeks!!"
