However, the technician did everything he could and made notes to my file for a follow-up visit to be scheduled. Within a few weeks, the follow-up visit was confirmed and he returned without my prompting to complete the inspection. (The furnace had resumed heating properly before his return.) He provided pictures of some of his findings. All-in-all, my unit is working pretty well despite its age. An offer to provide estimates for a potential replacement unit was made."

"The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."

"They were a little late in their arrival, they washed, rinsed and dried all the vent and supply hardware. I was and still am a little skeptical as to how clean they really got my duct system because I notice no decrease in dust or particles floating in the air. I was not impressed with the van or the personal appearance but I was impressed with the attitude and fortitude in accomplishing the job. They were very polite and hard working. I do not know if anyone could have done a better job this is the first experience with duct cleaning I have had so I am not sure what I should have expected. I was disappointed in the clean up and when they put the return supply hardware back on they were put on upside down of course I did not let them know my husband noticed when he arrived home after they had left. I am not certain I would use this type of service again unless someone could prove I was getting my money's worth in duct cleaning.
