"My 30-year-old furnace failed on a Monday with night temps at 10 degrees. Elemental came out that day and tried to service the unit. It was unserviceable with a cracked heat exchanger. The salesperson came out at 10:00 PM at night to provide a quote for replacement. The service tech also stayed until he arrived. They didn't try to oversell beyond the equivalent of the existing unit. They replaced the entire furnace and AC units (connected) on that Wednesday (my request). I was worried that I would be overcharged given my immediate need. However, it was just the opposite. After talking with friends and neighbors who had to replace their units in the last few years, as well as a relative in the HVAC field, Elemental's price was extremely fair and reasonable. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
