"I called Jim because my C drive was full and the system would not allow moving the files to my empty D drive.My wife also wanted me to upgrade to windows 7 from Vista. "Better than expected! Ended up replacing all windows, looks so much better, quieter in house! French doors that we didn't use were replaced with nice picture windows. Our heat and air bills will tell over time about insulation and sealing of units. Can already feel less west sun heat coming through windows."

"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. I just know it's very cold and we need the heat very much there is small children in the home. I believe the CHW will do what they say they'll do and more."
