"My 20 year old furnace died on a cold Thursday evening and I got online to find a company to replace it. After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. I am very happy with the products and services I received from them and would recommend them to anyone having problems with their heating/air conditioning units or looking to upgrade to more efficient systems.

While this was slow and painful, it gave me a fresh start and a clean system to begin from. I have since reinstalled software as I needed it and reduced the total substantially. "The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
