"We decided to add central air to our house. I called sure-temp as they installed our furnace 4 years ago. Based on my furnace experience, I expected a quote from a polite, professional person and that is exactly what I got. Interestingly enough, I mentioned to the estimator that I felt that Sure Temp was very reasonable with their products and pricing. He said quite bluntly that they were not necessarily the cheapest but that they worked hard to support everything that they sell. To be safe, I had 2 other companies do an assessment. Ok. Back to sure temp. The quote came to me within 2 days. After doing my due diligence, I contacted Sure Temp to confirm, got approved and within a week the install was completed. Talk about fast! The installers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

"After an extensive process of having different contractors evaluate my home & submit their estimates for the installation of a Bosch tankless boiler/water heater combination unit as well as new baseboard heating, I selected AStar Heating & Cooling. Their staff impressed me from start to finish. Initially, I met Aaron who provided a thorough explanation of how the work would be done, offered other options that I did not know of or considered at the time, and provided a fair estimate that was similar to most of the other contractors. Next, when the time came for the projects to be completed, the technicians, Robert & Trevor, were on point. They always arrived in a timely manner & started working right away. They worked efficiently & quickly to get the projects done in the time frame promised. However, they did not rush, they took pride in their work & made every effort to make sure the work was completed neatly & done properly, as they thoroughly tested out the systems to make sure their were no issues/problems in their setup & performance. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
