"I've been using Tyler Heating for the past three years. They are honest, efficient and explained what was wrong. They also answered my questions about how the system works and what to look for in the future."

"2020, whew! COVID, lockdowns... and for me, a catastrophic failure of our home heating boiler, and breaking just before a CT cold spell was going to hit. Mike's technician visited for attempted repair, promptly as he had said they would, and unfortunate for me, this was not a repair, but I needed to get a new boiler. So, after agreeing to what model was best for my home (natural gas, combi-boiler replacement-in-kind but different manufacturer - I went with Mike's recommendation), his team came in the following day early, as promised, and completed the removal of old and installation of new boiler that same day. Mike's technician doing the work was professional, friendly and courteous, answered the questions I had and cleaned up proper after all the work was done. If there were more than 5 stars available, I would give them for this job, and i'm very grateful for his superquick response to both my initial call and to getting the installation of the new boiler done in what was essentially a next day order. I had called other service providers and it seemed like I wasn't the only New England customer with boiler problems, other providers couldn't make it out to the house until 3, 4 days after I called. Fairfield County Htg & Cooling/Mike was able to respond literally right away. Thank you for that, sir - and Merry Christmas! 5 Stars all the way! Juan R. in Trumbull CT"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"We received excellent service from Kelleyâ s Heating & Cooling when our air handler was preventing our heat from coming on. Ryan was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He assessed and repaired the system in a short amount of timeâ we highly recommend Kelleyâ s Heating and Cooling. Top-notch service."

"Very nice, knowledgeable professionals. I received other quotes, but Hillcrest gave me the best price for comparable equipment. I'm very happy with my new system."

"Very friendly and willing to stop and explain everything. May use them for heating and air conditioning as well."

"Mark Smeriglio wins the trifecta of what you look for in a great service provider -- responsive and prompt, personable, and great at what he does. He tops that off with a fair price for his work. What else could you ask for? I highly recommend him to others and intend to use him again."

"Oct. 6 2025 it went quick. I received an estimate of The job first. The work was done correctly. It didn't take long. If I need plumbing service again. I would contact Cassidy plumbing & Heating."

"Highly impressed with HL Bowman and would definitely recommend them. They provide top notch service from beginning to end. The initial contact and scheduling was super easy, the quote process was really extremely informative and the install was faster than promised, they cleaned up and were super professional. You can’t go wrong with these guys."

"I spoke to the company owner Lou Schede on Sunday and we scheduled one of his service technicians to meet me on Monday. I informed him I would like to receive at least one hour notification prior to the person arriving for the appointment. The next day I received a text from the service technician named Kelroy. He later called me an hour in advance of arriving for the service call as Lou had committed to do. Kelroy and his helper went on to diagnose and repair the furnace issue in timely manner. I appreciate, he was making efforts to repair the furnace on this first service visit rather than replace unneeded parts or require an additional (more costly) follow up service visit."
