"They are prompt and did not try to upsell anything."

"As a member of their maintenance club, I get a spring and fall maintenance visit included. Just had Neal from Trusted Heating and Cooling out to do the fall visit. He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

"Hi! Had a wonderful experience, he was so patient and willing to help us with our unit. He spent hours working on fixing our relay and heating/cooling. Our unit required a lot of maintenance and throughout the entire process he was always smiling and had such a positive attitude. We would continue to work with him in the future. Thank you so being so spectacular!"

"Very pleased with 2 new HVAC systems. They were very knowledable recommending and installing the correct equipment to meet our needs. Technicians were knowledable did a great job. They did a through cleanup and haul away of the old equipment. High end units for a great price."

"Hoss Evan took the paper work and applied for our warranty."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"The installer explained everything about the unit that I asked. We actually had a heat pump installed instead of a swamp cooler. Sears was the one we went thru but A to Z did the installing"
