"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Our family is now a super fan and advocate for Grove. Highly Recommended! Mike"

"I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable."

The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out. "I hired them to come and install an exhaust fan as well as a thermostat. After realizing my hvac system also had a humidifier function that was incompatible with the thermostat I bought they were able to properly install my exhaust fan (I bought the wrong kind as well) and hung a chandelier under two hours.
