"In June of this year, an old (32 yrs. old) self-contained unit decided it was time to retire and communication was lost on the upstairs split system. With a family reunion scheduled within a few days the family at Giesbrecht installed new duct work to the upstairs to supply cool air until the part for the split system was delivered and a new self-contained unit was installed. Although I was an existing customer (2 new units about 6 yrs ago), this type of customer service was over and beyond any expectations. The amount of people and communication from the office to support all the work that was involved was outstanding. There were many people at Giesbrecht, on the ground and at the office, that supported these activities that were necessary to complete all of the work involved. "A Saturday nite after hours call! Mr Palmer and his crew are heroes. I had just had my hvac serviced a few days before, and of course on a saturday night trying to go to bed, it quits working in ninety degree weather. My ac man forwarded my calls. Mr. Palmer and crew came out, and apparently the prior workers did some pretty important errors. He fixed everything that they did wrong, Went through the whole system and made sure it was up and running and our house was cooling again so we could go to sleep. I'm so impressed with the work he did and the professionalism that he shows. He comes highly recommended and I will definitely use him again. THANK YOU ROY PALMER!"

"This was second experience working with Mr. Payne. He is a true and very skilled professional. Back in summer 2021, the temperature on 2nd floor of my home was around 85 to 90 degrees and I called many other HVAC repair company and they said the easiest "we can get to it would be next week." "Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November.
