"Great work all the way around. Adam and Tyled worked hard all day to take out my old AC and furnace and install a new one. They went out of their way to repair damaged drywall and floorboards (they did not cause the damage, it was old) including making a trip to Home Depot for supplies. I was curious as I always am with home projects and they answered all my questions and explained the installation process without getting annoyed or inpatient with me. The job was extraordinarily difficult due to the home being old and the previous work being of poor quality and they did not complain or try and charge me any extra fees. I would recommend them to anyone in the DFW area without hesitation. Thanks guys."

"I had been experiencing uneven heating and cooling and high electrical bills for many years. My unit was also almost 20 yrs old and not working very well anymore. I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. Air Network answered all my questions honestly and gave me several bids on different brands and sizes before the day was done. I still insisted on the Trane which by brand names is not the least expensive but was still at a very good price. His crew showed up on time during a day where it rained all day. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network. This is the first 5 star rating I've ever given a business, but Air Network truly deserves it."

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop. For all intents and purposes, it was barely running. If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response. Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY. He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen! What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection. Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data. And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money. I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven. No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer. I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace.
