"Jed was in the process of writing an estimate to change out some lighting systems, and install two ceiling fans. He called and said he wasn't complete, but a very hot weekend was coming up and he would do the fans right away! That was a thoughtful idea /suggestion which we agreed to. Jed and his worker braved the extremely hot attic and installed the hardware to hang the ceiling fans, but additional wiring to power them and provided wiring, switches and two updated switch boxes to accommodate the new extra switches. This job required Jed and crew to get creative and inventive to complete this job in a timely basis. The work was very professional, an they left the jobsite clean. Naturally, I look forward to the lighing changes when time is available. We highly recommend Jed Faulkner Electric for any job that involves electrical work."

"These folks were so efficient; giving me a heating system that is so good I can't believe I didn't do it years ago. I should have put this system in without delaying. "You won't find a better computer technician/computer builder than Jim Ferrell. I have been using his services for years and he has come to my rescue many times. When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"Overall, the work and workers were very good. They left no trash and clean up all areas they worked. They arrived on time and gave an opinion of the job after inspecting the system, including the dryer. They also suggested the replacement of the dryer vent pipe since it had a hole and much lent had developed. They even secured a new vent pipe and installed it. They were truly professionals.
