We then signed up for their semi-annual maintenance agreement so they send a technician out every year for a tune up and cleaning before the heating season and again before the cooling season. Big shout out to Kevin, the technician who usually performs the maintenance, for his professionalism and friendliness. For 8 years now we've been enjoying care free climate control in our home at a lower price than I ever would have imagined. It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered.
