"I called Jim because my C drive was full and the system would not allow moving the files to my empty D drive.My wife also wanted me to upgrade to windows 7 from Vista. Jim came over looked at my system and explained my options , took the computer to fix it , and then quickly returned it.Jim set up the computer in my office and made sure that everything worked correctly. "I called inquiring about a part for my furnace and Luke told me they could sell me a pressure switch but did not want to sell me something I did not need. He had Jim (high partner) call me and after a short discussion, Jim advised me to disregard the code and check the condensate to ensure not clogged. Sure enough, his professional assessment was accurate. They saved me from buying parts I did not need and also a service call. "The furnace is functioning properly! However it was discovered that the air conditioning fan did not come on and it caused an error in the thermostat and shut down the system. The repairman got the fan going but when he left the same system malfunction happened again! In talking with the repairman, he needs a day that is warm to be able to perform diagnostic tests. It does not look like we will have warm enough weather for at least 2 to 3 weeks!!"

"Called warranty repair, found out that it was done by a local provider (Flori Heating and Air). I called Flori to schedule an appointment, they were here on time and got things back up, running and cooling.
