"The guy that came out was awesome. Honest, polite, and hard working. He showed up on time, did the work, kept up informed the whole way through, and restored our confidence. We had another company out prior for the same service but the person didn't even start, rather just wanted to scare is into getting a whole new heat pump and furnace, saying it was on the brink of failure with an estimate between $12K-$20K.
