I found them to be very professional and reasonable price. I was replacing a 38 year Central Air Conditioner that was leaking water. I call them on a Thursday morning and was able to get a quote and installation the same day. They very prompt and knowledgeable. I would recommend them. Their price was very reasonable compared to other companies I call who tried to take advance of me by significantly over pricing their services and trying to make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about when I said their prices where too high. However, Pete, Richard and Jose were very nice and confirm that the other company was very much overprice. Thank You for your reason price and prompt service.

To say that Iâ  m pleased with DMT Unlimited, Inc. does not even begin to describe how impactful they were. Iâ  m always hesitant hiring contractors as thereâ  s usually some form of haggling or slyness involved. That coupled with needing their services in the first place already puts you in a foul mood. It is very rare to work with a technician and a company that you have ZERO remorse or regret in hiring them. When we lost power to half of our house, we requested quotes from Angi for an electrician. Not only was DMT prompt in their response, the technician we spoke with took time and care in listening to the situation and was candid in his responses. I care more about doing things right and being told peopleâ  s thoughts in an honest manner rather than someone being sly trying to make a quick buck off of peopleâ  s ignorance. The technician we spoke was anything but that and treated me and my family with the respect given to that of one ownâ  s family- a trait that I have never experienced before. The technician worked with me to set up an appointment and when he arrived he quickly diagnosed a potential emergency and acted swiftly to help us avoid potential catastrophe. He was honest, up front and sincere in his recommendations and work ethic and maintained regular communication with me throughout the process- even after he left. The following day, he was still checking in with me to see how he could be of further assistance- be it through recommendations, setting up another appointment and answering any and all questions I had. He was able to again set up another last minute appointment and after the dangerous period passed, he was able to resolve the issue. The determination and pride he placed in his work is something I havenâ  t come across often. But he went beyond just helping fix the issue- he treated us like he would his own family and treated us with respect in every aspect. Words simply cannot express the gratitude my family and I have for DMT Unlimited, Inc and I cannot suggest them enough. I will never seek any other company for any electrical needs even if they are cheaper. I value honesty and integrity above all else and if you do too, you would be wise to go with DMT Unlimited.

This company was one of the only one to have units in stock when our AC died during a heat wave. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out the next day, and installed right away. I was completely impressed. As far as pricing, I have very little experience, but based on my googling for a full house ac and furnace replacement it seemed fair. We were able to finance as well.

I had an appointment for the next day, I got the call back and the technician said that he could come on the same day. He was able to check everything for 50% less than he quoted me, and he was prompt and polite. He also gave me a few tips.

Our 3-year-old water heater failed. It had been installed by Compass. I contacted Mike, the owner. He sent a tech out the next morning to inspect and deemed it a warranty failure. A new replacement heater was installed 2 days later by 2 experienced techs. They were on time, neat, and respectful of our house. It's been working fine ever since. We highly recommend Compass for your HVAC needs.

Recently my furnace stopped working so I contacted intelligent plumbing, spoke to Arman and she had someone out the same day 4 hrs later at no extra charge. Our provider fixed the issue within 15 minutes, gave us a breakdown of all the issues, not once trying to pressure us into any services, so we had him stay to do a tune up on the service, gave us a discount for that and we ended up paying 79.00 for all services. I love the honesty and integrity of this company and its employees, you would have to be an idiot not to try this company, they deliver the best of the best services, hands down. Des Plaines heating and cooling did a great job doing maintenance to my ac and furnace. Josh was the tech that works on my equipment. unfortunately after 32 years my acs compressor stopped working. The install looks great and will continue to hire Des Plaines heating and cooling for the job!
