When the plumber, and his son, showed up at the house, they called first, arrived soon after, were courteous and kind, charged a reasonable price, and were on their way. Within less than I week I received a very kind "Thank you" note and fridge magnet. I was especially impressed with their kind approach that honored my needs and privacy and with their genuine appreciation of my business. "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
