"We were in the market for a complete system & researched several companies. A-1 was the only company to suggest a "Hybrid" system. ( Gas furnace with a heat pump) They explained how the "Hybrid" system worked & how it would affect our utility bills. We did some research on our own & found it to be the best type of system for the local weather conditions here in Champaign, IL..A-1 came in, took out the old system. They installed the new system, including a touch screen thermostat. A- 1 was on time, very professional & went above and beyond what we expected them to do. The old AC was kind of tilted on the ground and they broke the dirt down and completely leveled the ground before installing the new heat pump. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
