"Nobody told us that calling Home Comfort Experts would guarantee us a 90 minute business presentation. The guy who visited us gave us literally a 90 minute speech on who founded the company, who expanded the company, and how many customers with five star ratings they have. Only about 20 of those 90 minutes were looking through the house to set up an hvac system. The guy was nice but the sales pitch took forever, all to be quoted $10k for the job by them and $4k by a more local company for the same exact set-up. I just appreciate businessmen who get straight to business more than a company who feels the need to pitch their product for an hour and a half. If the product needs that much pitching, it?s not worth it to me."

"Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.
