"Excellent! We did a whole house remodel in 2013 and Holtzople installed the geothermal system. Our utility costs went way down compared to our previous oil furnace and electric central air conditioning system. We then signed up for their semi-annual maintenance agreement so they send a technician out every year for a tune up and cleaning before the heating season and again before the cooling season. Big shout out to Kevin, the technician who usually performs the maintenance, for his professionalism and friendliness. For 8 years now we've been enjoying care free climate control in our home at a lower price than I ever would have imagined. I highly recommend Holtzople for their products and service and Geothermal for efficiency."

"Markool was super professional, kind, and skillful. A few things really stood out. 1) He did a furnace flue piper install that he could have charged us much more for if he had wanted to take advantage of us - but he was honest and we paid less than we feared. He also went the extra mile helping my wife and I through a warranty claim with the furnace company so that we did not have to pay extra part costs. It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered. He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. "It went very well. The consultant came out the next day we called and we figured out the ductless system was the way to go for our log home. The old system was not working as it should and we just bought this home and didn’t want to keep putting money in and old system that wasn’t up to date for the square footage. "The technician was great. He explained what he was doing as he went along even though it was freezing outside. Checked my entire heating system to find the problem and replaced only the parts that were broken. Got my system back up and running in a little under two hours and was very pleasant and understanding when we asked him many questions and answered everyone so that we understood him.
