John presented as being a good listener and one who genuinely enjoyed his work and serving others. For example, he listened carefully to my questions and responded with detailed information that I could understand easily. "Fred is very professional, polite, honest, and a person of his word. Gave us a great quote, and stuck to it to the penny! Was actually 15 minutes early when he came to remove our 22 year old furnace and some of the ductwork and install a new 96% energy efficient gas furnace, and a humidifier. He told us the job would take 4-5 hours to complete, and it took him 5 hours, but that included cleaning up too. Left his work area clean, and even took the old furnace and duct work with him. Did a fantastic job, and we love our new Goodman furnace. We had gotten 4 quotes from different Heating & Cooling companies, and he was the most reasonable by far. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything.
