"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

The company may be fairly new but the owner seems to have grown up in the HVAC business. He knows the industry and is honest. I'm sure they will be around for a long time. They deal in Trane furnaces that seem to be better some of the others. The workmen were courteous and professional. They cleaned after themselves. I am 69 nine years old and not expect to need another furnace, but when the a/c goes in a couple of years, I will not need Angie's List. I'll know who to call."

"We selected Blair Heating and Cooling to install a Trane Mini-split ductless AC system in our historic 100 year old house. The system has two compressors and a total of 6 indoor units. From the start, Greg Blair and his team went out of their way in suggesting ways to accomplish exactly what we wanted. His team sought our feedback on every decision made right down to the routes the outside lines took to make sure they were as integrated as possible. Even though the job was difficult as our house is a three-story brick house with terra cotta blocks in the walls and metal where you would think metal shouldn't be, all of them remained positive, helpful and really excellent. I can’t recommend Blair any higher. This is the second job they have done for us and they are definitely our only choice!!"
