"We came back from dinner at a friend's house to water standing in our laundry room, powder room, most of the kitchen and seeping into family room carpet. A coupler from our under-the-sink water purification system had blown and a 3/8 inch pipe had been running for possibly as long as 5 hours. I was very concerned about the floor, as I did not want to replace it. They brought out special drying "mats", that extracted the water from under the hardwood floor, saving it! Everything was done with the height of professionalism and expertise. The follow-up has been amazing. I am so thoroughly impressed with their work and have recommended them to both my insurance company and the contractor who did the restoration work."
