"After contacting 4 contractors and comparing the products they had to offer I chose J&J. Their product was not the least costly,but it is ,I felt to be the best value. I am not at all disappointed in my choice. The additional work with the electrical was performed quickly and the remaining install was completed on the same day. The system works great, is very inexpensive to run and we know have a heated space to use year round. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!"

"I had them service the heating portion primarily . It seemed to be working harder but nit putting out as much heat as it should . Aaron who has worked on our system did a great job . Since it was a service he checked the whole system , found a weak capacitor and a dead fuse which caused half of the heating elements to not function . Aaron is always polite , very professional and dies nit wast time . He had the capacitor on the truck and did the new Instalation and had to order the fuse for the heating elements . It was a job well done I would add that I am not comparing the cost of the item with other AC companies . The item needed to be replaced , I trust comfort air unless they give me reason not to trust them"

"We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!"

The installation team showed up on time and worked straight through till the system was installed. They walked me through setting up the system, app and thermostat.
