"J & J Air, installed our new Trane system a couple of years ago and did a wonderful job. Installation went very well, on a terribly hot day, the team did a great job, with no mess left behind. We have had a couple of Mechanical issues 1 with a broken part, and 1 with a failed switch. Both times the J & J teams showed up on time and resolved the issues as needed. Jeremy and his team are to be commended for their efforts and their Customer Service."

"I had them service the heating portion primarily . It seemed to be working harder but nit putting out as much heat as it should . Aaron who has worked on our system did a great job . Since it was a service he checked the whole system , found a weak capacitor and a dead fuse which caused half of the heating elements to not function . Aaron is always polite , very professional and dies nit wast time . He had the capacitor on the truck and did the new Instalation and had to order the fuse for the heating elements . It was a job well done I would add that I am not comparing the cost of the item with other AC companies . The item needed to be replaced , I trust comfort air unless they give me reason not to trust them"

The project was massive and took five days to complete but Robert, the owner, and his helpers are so pleasant and unobtrusive that it was not an ordeal to have them here for that long. "We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!"
