"Pelletier replaced my 2 zone oil furnace and 2 separate hot water heaters, one natural gas and one electric with a new natural gas heating / hot water system 3 years ago. I continue to use them for my preventive check up yearly. I was extremely pleased from the first meeting where a complete review of the entire home was performed and a recommendation was made including a price quote. I initially had contacted 3 companies, for quotes and Pelletier's was the middle price. I was also impressed with their professionalism. They provided me with information on finance options available and assistance with them. Once I committed to the project and work started, I was impressed with the work being done every day. The workers showed up on time, were very neat, cleaned up every night and were always polite when they were at my home. All permits and town inspections were coordinated by Pelletier and I did not go a minute without heat or hot water. I was even more confident with my choice of companies when the inspector stated the system was impressive and not like any he had previously seen. In the first year the cost of heat and hot water for both units was cut in half and we continue to realize the savings."

This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system.
