Comment: Water gradually becomes cold. Boiler sensor light comes on then off when trying to restart. You can hear the click but it does not turn on. The only way to restart the boiler is to shut off the electric switch for the 'boiler room' in the garage. Then after I switch the electric switch back to on the boiler restarts and we have hot water for a few days. I learned to do this last week when I accidentally plugged the vacuum cleaner into the same wall outlet that the boiler/furnace is plugged into and the power shut off in the boiler room. Went to the garage to turn the switch to on (for the boiler room) and the boiler started up again. Very strange but it works. Would like to get the boiler fixed so not to do this again.

We need to cool 7 interior spaces. System will need to be 60,000 BTU or larger.
