"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "My furnace was not working over the Memorial Day weekend and the tempurature was unseasonably cool. Select Mechanical Services found that three items needed to be replaced. Since they didn't have the parts on hand at the time, they were able to get the furnace to work for the rest of the weekend and returned four days later and fixed the furnace."

I’d been dealing with an ongoing furnace problem for weeks and had a couple other companies come out but nobody could give me a straight answer or actually fix the issue. When Enea from Northeast Heating and Cooling showed up, he figured it out almost immediately. He was able to explain to me what was wrong in simple terms, fix the problem on the spot, and even made sure it won’t happen again. The technician was professional, thorough, and you could tell he actually knew what they were doing. After all the frustration I had before, their service was honestly a huge relief. "Hiring Williams & Assoc. has turned out to be one of the best decisions Iâ ve ever made! From the very start, this experience was excellent! Bruce and his team were professional, kind, and helpful when describing the system we purchased and answering the hundred questions we had along the way. Their attention to detail and all of the little extras one wouldnâ t even expect to receive were provided as if it were second nature to them. And the team worked tirelessly, without stopping until the job was finished. We were happy to have them in our home. These are genuinely good people. Our old boiler was past the point of being dangerous. Smoke filled the basement every time it came on. Anyone could see that we were in an emergency position and had no choice but to replace the old system. Some companies Iâ ve dealt with in the past would have taken advantage of our situation. But not Williams! The price for our new high efficiency heating system was very â veryâ reasonable. "I have the Total Mechanical Systems Total Comfort plan. It is wonderful I purchased the Comfort Plan when we installed our HVAC System. This is a great service plan for a reasonable rate. You get check ups on your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.,You also have access to repair services, electricians, and plumbers at a discounted rate. Great overall plan to maintain your home or condo. Recently I had my annual Furnace/HVAC check up. The technician, Marquez, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Marquez really knew his stuff and explained to me how my furnace works and what the telltale signs are that I might need repairs. Fortunately I have not needed any repairs thanks to their great maintenance plan!"
