The team went to work immediately and located the refrigerant leak within 15 minutes. They are working on ordering the replacement coil and in the mean time got the AC working temporarily and it is working nicely. "We've been without A/C for a month trying to deal with our home warranty company (we actually placed the initial service call November 1 it's now December 3). I had enough of dealing with waiting for them to get their stuff together and my fiancé finally called True Breeze Heating and Cooling, LLC. and told them we needed a new compressor for our unit.
