"Casey the technician, addressed my concerns. Explained what he saw as the problem(s), His knowledge of A/C/heating units is impressive, pricing of services fair, and didn’t try to over sell on any additional services. We highly recommend Cassal Enterprises above and beyond any of our local A/C Installation service businesses. Give them a call first!"

"The installer did a great job and went out of his way to clean up after job and remove all parts from my old system. Highly recommend this company. Installer was very knowledgeable and professional . Job was completed quickly and very satisfactorily."

"They checked out the jobs, went for supplies and finished everything in one day! Their work is excellent and I would definitely hire them again!"

""Paco", Francisco Lopez, from T-Stat, ws recommended to us by his cousin, to fix a leak in the water heater. Paco was prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful, as were the guys who came with him. Appears extremely reliable in a world that is often not. We highly recommed him."

"Bruce knows what he is doing. He fixed the noise, explained its cause and helped identify other problems such as clogged up pipes and misaligned power blower. He cleaned and repaired everything, spent nearly three hours and charged us for only 1.5 hours. We are so relieved and thankful that we found Bruce and have decided to hire him for all our A/C and heating needs. He went above and beyond to make sure our whole system works well!"

"Amazing service! We have been having problems with our air conditioner for almost 3 months. Two different companies came to look at our system with one company making 4 visits to our home....and the issue remained unresolved. Joe from Total Air came in and within the hour, had our system running without any problems. He was able to detect what was wrong when two others had been unsuccessful. Total Air will be my new company from now on for service. If you have a newer generation thermostat, this is the company you want. One technician from another company almost ruined my Nest thermostat. The truth is not many technicians feel comfortable with these newer thermostats but Joe felt very comfortable working with our system. I wish I had called Total Air earlier!"

"My mom’s a/c stopped working right before a heat wave. I contacted Paul at Air Mechanical and he fit us in his schedule immediately. He had to order parts but came by after dark to make the repair so my mom didn’t have to suffer through 100 degree weather in her house. Great customer service! Very reasonable rates too."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"The technician was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem with my air conditioner. A repairman from another company failed to do so."
