It is reassuring to "know" your tech. and have a good feeling about the job he is doing. We also have an annual service agreement with Duggins. We have two furnaces (one electric and one gas) and two a/c systems. Their annual service fee, in my opinion, is very reasonable. He spends whatever time necessary to do the job right. Our home was new construction and in the first couple of years we had a major repair to the system. Duggins did not do the original install but reached out to the manufacturer to make sure that the warranty work was covered. This may not seem like a big deal, but I was not aware the unit was still under warranty, and would have paid for everything - I do not believe all companies would even check about the warranty. I have no reservations recommending Duggins based on 7+ years personal experience with them!"
