"I would recommend Preston and Mallard Mechanical to anybody in the area looking to buy a new furnace/AC, or even just general HVAC maintenance. We closed on our house on a Friday with the AC not working and the furnace on its way out. We called Mallard Mechanical that morning and the equipment was ordered that same day and the install scheduled for the following Tuesday. The day of the install Preston was on site right on time and got our old AC and furnace torn out and the new system put in all in the same day. He was extremely professional and kept a VERY clean work site. He made sure to go over everything about the new system with my wife and I and even took care of setting up the city inspection for the new system. Last but absolutely not least, Mallard Mechanical's prices are extremely fair and I cannot imagine finding better service anywhere else for as good of a price as we got with Mallard Mechanical. "On September 18, 2025 My husband and I had our furnace replaced by Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air. They did such an amazing job, very professional and organized like a well oiled machine. Justin and Andrew were our installers and we would recommend them to anyone. They were so thorough and explained everything they did and installed a new thermostat and showed us how to operate it. Two weeks later the electrician Spencer came out and installed a surge protector onto the furnace and showed us how to operate it. We would recommend Spencer to anyone also. We would also like to thank the entire team at Neighborhood plumbing, heating and air including the young ladies that make all the phone calls."
