"I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Abraham showed up right on time. He took a look at the system and confirmed that the furnace was running as expected, and he didn’t find evidence of a cracked heat exchanger. I was hoping for a definitive answer as to why the air wasn’t flowing out of several of my vents, but he was only able to confirm that it wasn’t due to the furnace itself. I may have clogged or separated ductwork behind the walls, but he wasn’t able to diagnose/confirm. At least I know the furnace itself isn’t the source."

"2020, whew! COVID, lockdowns... and for me, a catastrophic failure of our home heating boiler, and breaking just before a CT cold spell was going to hit. Mike's technician visited for attempted repair, promptly as he had said they would, and unfortunate for me, this was not a repair, but I needed to get a new boiler. So, after agreeing to what model was best for my home (natural gas, combi-boiler replacement-in-kind but different manufacturer - I went with Mike's recommendation), his team came in the following day early, as promised, and completed the removal of old and installation of new boiler that same day. Mike's technician doing the work was professional, friendly and courteous, answered the questions I had and cleaned up proper after all the work was done. If there were more than 5 stars available, I would give them for this job, and i'm very grateful for his superquick response to both my initial call and to getting the installation of the new boiler done in what was essentially a next day order. I had called other service providers and it seemed like I wasn't the only New England customer with boiler problems, other providers couldn't make it out to the house until 3, 4 days after I called. "I was having a problem with my oil furnace on a cold night and made an emergency request to Wtech22. Within minutes I received a phone call back from a PRO asking me how they could help. Then Wilson arrived within the hour to my house, was very professional and was able to fix the problem very fast. The Pro was able to take apart my furnace to find the problem, had all spare parts needed at hand, and I had him clean and do maintains to the furnace at the same time since he was already here.
