I scheduled service for a few hours later that same day. Cody came out and worked on the system for around two hours to resolve our issue. I spoke with him briefly about repairing my 12 yr old system, which he visited on the same day, diagnosed, and provided a lower quote than another company. Because my system was old and had previously stopped working many times, I asked about replacing the entire system. Mr. Joumas quoted a fantastic price and scheduled my replacement within two days! "Beyond my expectations! Bill Worlock and his professional crew did an amazing job installing my rooftop AC system. I was going to attach some photos but no way to do so. His process included a very thorough review of the requirements based on the size of our home, the best unit for us and he explained in detail why. His team showed up a few minutes early and got to work. Since the job required a crane to hoist the unit to my roof, they managed to work around the other delivery trucks who were delivering furniture and appliances. They are fast! When the job was completed Bill showed me the laser temperatures for the heat and the AC and explained how the new thermostat worked. I had a new AC installed three years ago in another home I own a few miles away and I wish I knew Bill back then.
